Run sheets, nudges, markers and the teleprompter
Tools for running the show while you record, without anyone hearing it.
Run sheet
A list of timed cues that pop up on screen while you record. Write one per line, with the time first:
5:00 Time to move on25:00 Ad read45:00 Start wrapping up
Edit it from the Run sheet button on the Shows page, or in the studio panel under Run sheet. Tick Show cues to guests too if guests should see them. Otherwise only hosts do.
Nudges and pinned notes
Open the chat, choose who it’s for in To, then tap a quick nudge like “Wrap up” or “Look at the camera”, or type your own and press Nudge. It flashes on their screen for a few seconds, silently. Pin on screen keeps a note up until you remove it.
Markers
While recording, press the flag button or K to mark a moment. Cues and nudges are marked too. See exporting markers.
Teleprompter
Write your script in the Script tab or from Teleprompter script on the Shows page. Press Open teleprompter or T. It scrolls at the top of the screen, close to your camera, so your eyes stay near the lens. Space plays and pauses. The buttons change the speed and text size.
Joining as a producer
Hosts can tick Join as producer on the join screen. You see and hear everyone, chat, nudge and start the recording, but you have no camera or mic and you’re not recorded.
