Invite a guest

Send each guest their own link, with the session time, by email or yourself.

From your dashboard

1. Go to Shows and press Guest invites on the show (or Invite a guest).
2. Add their Name.
3. Add their Email if you want us to send the link. It’s optional.
4. Pick a Session time if you have one. The link opens an hour before it.
5. Choose how long the Link works for: 6 hours to 30 days.
6. Press Create invite.

The email shows the session time in your time zone, for example “7:00 pm Perth time”.

From inside the studio

Open the panel, go to People, and use Invite a guest at the bottom. It makes a link that works for a day.

Managing invites

On the Guest invites page, the menu next to each invite lets you Copy invite link, Email it again or Cancel invite. Cancelling stops the link working straight away, and takes the guest out of the studio if they’re in it.
