Owners, producers and hosts

Invite your team and choose what each person can do.

Roles

• Owner: one per workspace. Can do everything, including billing.
• Producer: can do everything except billing. Makes shows, invites people, deletes recordings and changes settings.
• Host: opens the studio and sees recordings for the shows you pick. Can’t delete anything or invite people.

Guests aren’t part of your team. They join with an invite link and don’t need an account.

Invite someone

1. Go to Team and press Invite someone.
2. Enter their email and pick a role. For a host, tick the shows they can use.
3. Press Send invite. The invite works for 7 days.

Change or remove someone

On the Team page, use the menu next to their name to Change role or shows or remove them. They lose access straight away. What they recorded stays with the workspace.

More than one workspace

You can belong to several workspaces, for example your own show and a client’s. Switch between them at the top of the sidebar, or make a new one from Settings.
