Signing in, passwords and staying signed in

Reset a forgotten password, change it, and why you stay signed in.

Forgot your password

1. On the sign-in page, press Forgot password?
2. Enter your email. We send a link that works for an hour.
3. Choose a new password of at least 10 characters.

Resetting your password signs you out everywhere else.

Change your password

Go to Settings, then Your account, then Change password. You stay signed in on that device and are signed out everywhere else.

Staying signed in

You stay signed in for 30 days, and that renews each day you use Vidiicast. If you’re signed out every time you close your browser, check your browser isn’t set to clear cookies when it closes. See our Cookie Policy.

Password managers

Save your password when your browser or password manager offers, while you’re on vidiicast.com. Passwords saved on a different address won’t be offered here.

Didn’t get the email?

Check your spam folder, then try again from the sign-in page. Emails come from hello@vidiicast.com.
