Plans, billing and cancelling

How the free trial, payments, upgrades and cancelling work.

Plans belong to the workspace, and the owner looks after billing. Prices and what each plan includes are on the pricing page.

Free trial

Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. You add a card when you start, and you’re not charged until the trial ends. We email you before it does. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.

Paying

Payments are handled by Stripe. You can pay monthly or yearly. Yearly costs the same as ten months. Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Your tax invoices are in Settings, under Billing.

Changing plans

In Settings, under Billing, choose a different plan. Upgrades start straight away. Downgrades start at your next renewal.

Cancelling

Cancel any time in Settings, under Billing. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you’ve paid for. Download anything you want to keep before then.

Going over your plan

You can always finish the session you’re in. After that, new recordings pause until your hours reset or you upgrade. We never delete recordings because you went over.
