Download your recordings
Get each person’s video and audio, the transcript and subtitles.
- Go to Recordings and open the episode.
- Press Download.
- Pick a file: each person’s video (one per camera), each person’s mic (WAV), Transcript (.txt) or Subtitles (.srt).
You can also download single files from the Files tab, using the download button next to each one.
File types
- Video: MP4 (H.264) from Chrome and Edge, which opens in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro and Descript. Firefox recordings are WebM.
- Audio: WAV, 48 kHz, 24-bit.
- Transcript: plain text, or SRT subtitles with speaker names.
Something’s missing?
- Files appear as each person’s upload finishes. If someone’s still uploading, ask them to keep their tab open. See how uploads work.
- If the recording says Files removed, the video and audio were removed from the cloud, by hand or by your storage setting. The transcript and notes are still there.
Big files: a 4K hour can be over 10 GB. Download on a fast connection and keep the browser open until it finishes.
