A guest can’t get into the studio

What each message means, and how to get them in.

• “This studio link is not valid”: the link was copied wrong, cancelled, or the general link was reset. Send a new invite.
• “This link opens an hour before”: they’re early. The page opens on its own when it’s time. They can check their camera and mic in the meantime.
• The invite has expired: make a new one from the show’s Guest invites page.
• The studio is full: four people can be on camera at once. Someone has to leave, or a host can rejoin as a producer.
• The studio is locked: switch off Lock the studio in the People tab.
• They’re waiting to be let in: a host presses Let in on their name.
• They were turned away by mistake: they can’t ask again from that network for 30 minutes. Send them a personal invite instead, which skips the queue.

If none of these fit, ask them to try Chrome or Edge on a laptop, and check camera and mic and connection problems.
